How Our Program Works

FOUR-STEP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Step One

Once you are accepted in the program an Interview Coach will make contact to arrange a 45-60 minute phone interview. This personal one to one interview will be used to assess where you are in the search process and gather information necessary to determine best strategies and create a career plan unique to you.

Step Two

We will supply you with our professional assessment via a written summary and personalized career plan. Our in-house resume writer and social media experts will suggest and provide necessary changes to your current resume and LinkedIn profile.  

Step Three

One of our career coaches will arrange a personal 30-45 minute interactive phone or video interview session to gauge your interview skills proficiency. Based on the results another 30-45 minute phone session is arranged to share our professional opinion and offer comments and suggestions to improve your style and actual interview skills.  

Step Four

Based on your career plan, your personal interests and experience we will provide you with 50 connections in your local area that match your career goals. We then setup and teach you how to effectively continue a process that will increase your connection monthly. This system is proven to work and must be followed to have the success you want and expect.
