A great salesperson should also simplify all the complicated information about that product or service and break it down into a way that the customer understands, therefore gaining the customers trust. Can you provide the customer insight? i.e. information about the product that’s beyond the obvious and be the expert on the product or service.

But if you're a recent college graduate and you take the necessary steps and you put the right game plan together you will give yourself a much better chance of breaking into medical device sales sooner rather than later.

So the first takeaway for any recent college grad that is going to or even thinking of pursuing a medical device or hardcore sales career is you have to put a game plan together right and you can't go into something blind and or without a plan. The reason why is because it might work for some people and when I say some maybe one to two percent if you're in the right place the right time and maybe if you know somebody that nobody else knows that can help you out.
